Hi Peter, Sorry for late reply. Yes there are some great sea fishing spots around Dumaguete and you’re lucky that there is an expat run business operating in the area that’s garnered great reviews. This actual blog post is about it and they are nearby, so I would visit their website for sure. Or did you mean beach casting/pier fishing spots?
