How to get a WISE Travel Money Card?
You need to follow these steps:
Get a Wise account. Sign up and add your first balance. You’ll be able to add more currencies afterwards¹.
Order your Wise card. To order your card, click on the Card tab, and you’ll see an option to order the card. We’ll check personal details, like your name and address. We also need to verify your account. In most cases, we’ll ask you to pay a small fee for the card. In some cases, you will only need to add money to your balance¹.
Activate your Wise card. Once you receive your card, you need to activate it. If you have a US Mastercard, you can activate it by entering the 6-digit code. You’ll find it underneath your name on the front of the card¹.
All done! Now you’ll be ready to spend almost anywhere in the world.

How long does it take to receive my WISE Travel Card?
The delivery time of your card depends on where you live and whether you choose expedited delivery or not. Cards ordered online and in-app should arrive within 3-5 days or 2 weeks of your order. Expedited delivery is done by DHL and they’ll deliver it to you in person within 2 working days. You’ll get a tracking number by email if you choose to speed up your card order.
